Domestic Services

• DOCUMENT EXPRESS

  Deliveries will be collected. Your document will be delivered the following business day.

• AIR PARCEL EXPRESS

  Deliveries will be collected. Your parcel will be delivery before close of business the following business day.(To main centers only within 24 to 48 hrs).

• SURFACE PARCEL EXPRESS

  Main Centers will be delivered within 5-6 days and depending on the remoteness of the outlying area, allow for a 7-day delivery.

• TO PAY

  TP is an Surface or Air service for parcels in this case the receiver will collect the parcel & make the payment for freight charges.

• CASH ON DELIVERY

  The payment for the parcel will be collected on the time of delivery.

Internatinal Services

• INTERNATIONAL DOCUMENT EXPRESS

  IDE applies to documents traveling internationally and is a door-to-door service.Please note that to certain countries, documents that are bound may be treated as non-documents and will have to be charged accordingly. (No pro forma invoice required)

• INTERNATIONAL PARCEL EXPRESS

  IPE applies to all non-documents traveling internationally and is a door-to-door service. All parcels must be accompanied by a proforma invoice and must include the parcels declared value.Parcel will be delivered based on location & custom clearance.

• INTERNATIONAL IMPORT EXPRESS

  IIE is for all your import requirements. This includes documentation and parcels. Due to currency fluctuations, spot rates will be mentioned. Parcel will be delivered based on location & custom clearance.

• TO PAY

  TP is an Surface or Air service for parcels in this case the receiver will collect the parcel & make the payment for freight charges.

• INTERNATIONAL SEA PARCELS

  ISP is an economy service for parcels that are not time sensitive. In this case the parcel travels through the sea and may take 15 to 20 days for delivery, depending on the location and customs clearance.
